How the numbers are counted

Cancelled, inactive and suppressed sections stay visible but carry no teaching load.
A section 290 paired with an 090 adds no extra credits to a load.
An academic year runs Fall, then the following Spring and Summer.
Co-taught sections are counted for each instructor.
All totals and averages are shown to at most two decimals.

Privacy

FERPA-safe by design: Fallocate stores faculty scheduling data only — no student records, no student identifiers — and access is limited to signed-in administrators. Planning rows stay private until a semester is posted.
